RKNEC amongst top 75 Engineering colleges in India according to 2011 Outlook survey
RKNEC is ranked 52nd amongst Top 75 Engineering colleges in India by a recent survey conducted by the Outlook magazine.
Outlook is one of India’s leading English weekly news magazine. It belongs to the Outlook Group which has been in publication since October 1995. The Outlook Group publishes several other magazines like Outlook business, Outlook profit, outlook money, GEO, Marie Claire, People, Traveller, Career 360, News Weekly to name a few.
Outlook conducts a survey every year and ranks Educational Institutes, including Engineering, depending upon scores an institute gets in the following head: selection process, academic excellence, personality development and industrial interface, infrastructure and placement. This list also includes the IITs and NITs.
Only 8 Engineering colleges from Maharashtra state could find itself in this years Outlook Top 75 list. If IITs and NITs are excluded from the list then RKNEC will rank 4th best Private Engineering College in Maharashtra state.
