RKNEC Alumni Network

THE Department of Industrial Engineering, SRKNEC had organized a department level Alumni meet on 7^th August 2011 in the college campus. Around 50 alumni from Nagpur attended the meet. The agenda of the meet was to form Industrial Engineering Alumni Association, Nagpur chapter and to promote interaction between the alumni and current students and the faculty members of the department. The function was presided by Dr. I.P Keswani, M tech Coordinator, Prof. K.N Agrawal, Head of the department, Prof. P.D Pachpor, Prof. In charge Alumni Association, Prof. D.R Zanwar, senior faculty, Department of Industrial Engineering, Mr. Sanjay Gupta, Ex-president, Alumni Association Nagpur Chapter, Mr. Tushar Marghade, President, Nagpur Chapter.

Mr. Tushar Marghade, delivered the opening remark and welcomed all the alumni and encouraged them alumni and their alma mater. Prof. K.N Agrawal, thanked the alumni for their contribution towards the college and iterated the ways in which they could help the department grow. He asked them to help the current students with placements, projects, industrial trainings and visits, syllabus framing etc. Prof. P.D Pachpor, explained the need of interaction with alma mater and praised the alumni of the department. Dr. I.P Keswani and Prof. D.R Zanwar shared their fond memories with the alumni of the department.

Also present were the faculty and students of the department. Mr. Yashwant Singh was elected as the President while Mr. Sanjeev Sharma was elected as the secretary. The two Vice Presidents are Mr. Nitin Vyas and Mr. Sanjay Mundada. Jatin Lad is the Joint secretary and the executive members of the newly formed body are: Prashant Bhargava, Vishesh Agrawal, Saurabh Mohota, Madhusudhan Pacheriwala, O.P Poddar, lalit Khullar, Matisha Katariya, Shikha Maadnani, NIdhi Jagani, Manoj Dayani Prasad Lanjewar, Sandeep Pimpalgaokar, Dhruv Khator, Abhinav Daga, Shishir Sarda, Chandar Nair, Megha Nagpal, Shikha Verma, Rakshal Agrawal, Sachin Pund, Rashmi Shahu.
